What’s New at the Hound?
In addition to our delicious doggy edibles, we have been shopping for dog beds, toys, and coats and protective gear that are made right here in the USA. We feel that you too want to give the best to your pal, and we’re both committed to do what we can to support improving today’s economy. We feel offering products made right here at home is our way to do just that! We sincerely believe that products made in the good ole US of A are safer for ourselves and our best friends.
Hungry Hound Dog Bakery is proud to donate a portion of sales to the Travis Fund at Tufts Veterinary School.
Travis Fund for Needy Animals
The Travis Fund was established in memory of Dr. Stanley O. Travis, a widely respected and beloved veterinarian. The fund provides financial assistance for the care of found animals and helps responsible owners cover the cost of unanticipated veterinary care. The fund is managed by the hospital administrator, with grants made at the recommendation of the animal’s Tufts veterinarian.

Proud Supporter of Operation Baghdad Pups
U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan befriend local animals as a way to help cope with the emotional hardships they endure every day while deployed in a war zone. The Operation Baghdad Pups program provides veterinary care and coordinates complicated logistics and transportation requirements in order to reunite these beloved pets with their service men and women back in the U.S. These important animals not only help our heroes in the war zone, but they also help them readjust to life back home after combat.
